The Cathedral Notre-Dame of Strasbourg
La Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Open every day from 7 a.m. to 11.30 a.m and from 12.40 p.m. to 7 p.m. Free entrance.

The Cathedral is one of the most important monuments of the Middle Ages (11th - 15th century). It was completed in 1439 by the spire (466 feet high). The construction of the façade started in 1277. It is famous for its three portals ornamented with statues, its rose window and the intricate stone lacework.

Going-up to the Cathedral platform (66 metres) through a 329 steps staircase November, December, January, February 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. March, October 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. April, May, June, September 9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. July, August 8.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m

La Petite-France
La Petite-France This district is the most picturesque and romantic place in Strasbourg. Located in the heart of the “Petite- France”, “place Benjamin Zix” is the ideal spot to admire the mixed beams under sloping roofs which sheltered formerly the attics of tanning.
